Eligibility Conditions for a Refund Request
1. Plugin Licensing​
All the plugins, unless otherwise stated, are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.0 or later: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html.
2. Warranty
Plugins sold and distributed by PSM Web Solutions PVT LTD are provided as-is, without any warranty—express or implied—including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
All the plugins are tested on clean WordPress installations using the minimum required version. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all themes, third-party plugins, or browser environments. We are not responsible for any data loss or conflicts arising from such incompatibility.
3. Support

Under the PSM Plugins Terms and Conditions, support is provided exclusively to customers with an active, valid paid license. All support queries must be submitted using the email address used during the original purchase.

Annual licenses include one year of support and updates, while lifetime licenses provide support for the lifetime of the product. To continue receiving updates and support after the license term, subscription renewal is required.

PSM Plugins reserves the right to discontinue support in specific cases such as product retirement, acquisition of the company, or if WordPress itself discontinues active development.

4. Automatic Updates
Automatic updates are available to customers with an active license. These updates apply to the main plugins and any purchased premium version of plugins.
5. License Usage
Each license is non-transferable and meant for internal use only. Redistribution or resale of licenses is not permitted. Support is only provided to the original license holder.
6. Plugin Delivery
After a successful purchase, you will receive:
  • An email with your order and license key.
  • Account access to download the plugin.
  • If you do not receive your email, contact us at: https://psmplugins.com/support/
  • You must maintain an active license to access downloads and updates.
7. Ownership
All plugins and associated content remain the intellectual property of PSM Web Solutions PVT LTD. Unauthorized use, duplication, or redistribution is prohibited.
8. Website & Plugin Content
All content on our site—including documentation, support conversations, and plugin content—is owned by PSM Web Solutions PVT LTD and may not be reused or redistributed without written permission.
9. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change product prices or license terms at any time without prior notice.
10. Subscription Renewal
Yearly licenses will expire one year from the purchase date. Customers with automatic renewal will be charged on the due date. Manual renewal reminders will be sent via email.
To cancel a subscription, please contact us before the renewal date.
