2. Expected Response Times
We are committed to providing timely support. While we strive to respond to all inquiries within a few hours, please allow up to a maximum of 24 hours for a response, especially during peak times.
3. Do not Share Login Credentials
Your security is our top priority. For your protection, please do not send login credentials (usernames or passwords) in the main description of your support ticket.
If we need access to a staging environment to help resolve your issue, we will provide you with a secure method to share those credentials.
