Eligibility Conditions for a Refund Request
You are within 14 days of the original purchase date of the plugin.
Refund requests after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted.
Renewal payments are non-refundable.
You have purchased a plugin and, after installation and testing, found it does not meet your business needs or technical requirements.
OR
You encountered a technical issue that we were unable to resolve, rendering the plugin unusable for your setup. In such cases, we may ask for more information to help us improve the plugin.
Additional refund conditions:
You’ve made a genuine attempt to contact our support team and allowed us to troubleshoot or resolve the issue.
If the problem stems from plugin installation or failure to perform core functionalities, your refund request will be considered.
Issues caused by third-party themes, plugins, or customizations are not valid grounds for a refund.
If a refund is granted, you must deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site.
When will the money appear in my account?
Once we initiate your refund, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to be deposited into your original payment source. In case of a delay, we can provide the ARN (Acquirer’s Reference Number) upon request, which you can share with your bank to track the refund’s status.
